Hi!! My name is Nicole Bruno, but you probably also know me as NOBREAD.

When I was 19 I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. The diagnosis was hugely difficult at the time, but through blogging and social media it has become my superpower. I graduated from Cornell University in 2011 and worked in Equity Sales at JP Morgan. I started NOBREAD while at JPM, and am still in awe that my little passion project has become my biggest achievement.

NOBREAD covers all-things gluten-free, health, and wellness, and I’m excited to use this substack to talk about these topics and BEYOND. Angel investing, consumer news, venture capital, married life, THE FUTURE, and oh so much more!
